The Positive Net Present Value Machine: Product of the Chief Capital
Officer and Extraordinary CEO
Over the years, the CFO position has been trending away from its intradisciplinary past
towards an interdisciplinary future. The title itself has been criticized for being
intradisciplinary. Now is the time to embrace the interdisciplinary simplicity of Total
Capital Management™ (TCM) as a Chief Capital Officer. Now is the time to develop
extraordinary CEOs. And now is the time to build organizations that are positive net
present value machines.

Mark W. Sickles is a driving force behind this interdisciplinary trend and the inventor of
the TCM discipline and Chief Capital Officer position. In this interactive session, Mark
and I will team up to provide you with a breakthrough opportunity to future-proof your
firms and careers by learning how to transform into the ultimate strategic business
partner to the CEO.
