Please join us to hear Scott Hamilton talk about "Managing the Cultural and Operational Minefields"
as part of his "The Crucial next 100 days for a Leader" series.

Leaders and the success of their plans are determined in the first 100 days of their new role in an organization. In fact, it can be argued that leaders are always in their first 100 days - a continuous need to be effective and drive results.

This highly interactive presentation focuses on improved techniques for leaders (and those who support and coach executives) to maximize success in the first 100 days and beyond. The presentation includes assessment methods and case studies for examining the cultural, political, team, financial and structural issues that the individual must understand and balance- quickly.

What you will learn:

Learn how to develop a personalized strategic template for the first 100 days- for everyone in a new role or assignment.

- Top ten critical mistakes that lead to an early exit- and how to avoid them.
- Building commitment, alignment and leveraging influence to support your plans- in 60 days or less.
- 3 new coaching tools for use in supporting the new executive or others new to their role.
- How to maintain a rolling 100 day plan for maximum executive effectiveness.
