Morris County Library
Route 10 East through Parsippany. Just before the Route 287 overpass, turn south off of Route 10 at the Hanover Marriott onto Ridgedale Avenue. Down Ridgedale about 2 miles, past Allen papers on the right and, next, the Morris County Mall on the left as you reach the Mall and approach the intersection, move into left turning lane. A Sunoco station is left and across the intersection from you. Turn left onto Hanover Ave. The library is a half mile down the road on your left. There is a stop light and overhead sign at the library entrance.
Route 10 West, passing under Route 287. Take the jughandle turn for Ridgedale Avenue and follow directions above OR Route 24 West to last exit, 1A. Turn right off the exit ramp and pass under Rte 24. Take the immediate right hand feed off of Whippany Rd onto Hanover Ave. The library is 200 yards up the road, on your right.
Route 287 to exit 36A, Morris Avenue and Rte 511. Turn right at top of exit ramp. Stay in middle lane. Pass the equestrian statue on your right, Ford Mansion (large white colonial home) on your left. Road narrows to two lanes; move into left turning lane as you approach the second light. Left turn off of Whippany Rd onto Hanover Ave. The library is 200 yards up the road, on your right.
Route 287 to exit 36, Lafayette and Ridgedale Avenue. Stay to the right coming off of Route 287 and bear right onto Ridgedale Avenue. Seven tenths of a mile to intersection with Hanover Ave. (Sunoco station on the right); right turn onto Hanover. The library is a half mile down the road on your left, marked by a stop light and overhead sign.

For a Fortune 100 company expanding product lines, he valued, negotiated, and integrated multiple acquisitions with revenues of $16M.
Greg has held CFO, Vice President of Finance, Controller, and other senior level financial positions with numerous firms, including Fortune 500 companies TRW and IBM. His reputation is built upon his leadership in directing finance, accounting, human resources, legal and administrative functions at both the divisional and corporate levels for firms encompassing the public, private and non-profit sectors covering a broad spectrum of diverse industries, with both domestic and international scenarios. Greg has led acquisition/divestiture teams, product pricing initiatives, process re-engineering efforts and system installation projects. He has a passion for staff development as he recognizes the critical role employees play in delivering results.
His expertise also includes financial operations, controllership, forecasting, financial modeling, treasury and cash management and strategic planning. He earned a B.S. degree from Morningside College in Business Administration and an M.B.A. in Corporate Finance from Fairleigh Dickinson University. Greg is Chapter chairperson for the Financial Executives Networking Group and a member of the Institute of Management Accountants.

- Ray is a Partner in B2B CFO, a national firm providing Chief Financial Officer services.
Ray has over 25 years of financial and operational experience in a variety of industries. His industry experience includes consumer and industrial products, pharmaceuticals, manufacturing, non-profits, and technology.
Prior to joining B2B CFO, Ray has been consulting where he primarily assisted clients with M&A activities and other major investments. His clients have included Aventis, Colgate Palmolive and Schering Plough. Prior to consulting, he held a variety of positions with General Chemical, Akzo Nobel, and Unilever.
Ray earned an MBA from the University of Chicago as well as a BA in accounting from Michigan State University. After graduate school, he completed executive education work at Duke University.
