Hi Walter:

If I understand the position properly I think I'm an excellent candidate. I have extensive experience as a portfolio manager and analyst, having run the Dreyfus Tech fund (avg. assets $2b) for more than a decade. In addition, i also have extensive experience in marketing and in dealing with clients.

I was co-founder of the Tech fund and made hundreds of presentations to various clients over the years. These included presentations to financial advisors and their clients as well as to institutional investors.

I'm going to send off this note and then check to see if there is another way to contact you so I can send my resume to you as well.

I assume this is an outdated post. However on the off chance this opportunity, or others like it, is available I would have potential interest. I am a CFA, CPA (Inactive) and am currently working on my CAIA designation. I have over 25 years experience in investments managing accounts for institutions and individuals. I can be reached using the information below. Thank you.
