I am looking for some guidelines and a model that can drive top line growth, increase the frequency of sales and promote cross-selling. I am thinking about including a base salary, commissions, bonus for higher sales frequency and multiple sales.
Does anyone have a template for this type of model or exposure to this type of scenario?
Your input will be greatly appreciated. I have to present the first draft Thursday of next week.
