Job Description
The company is a premier provider of transfer measurement equipment and services in the midstream oil and gas industry and looking to grow aggressively. The Chief Financial Officer will provide strategic leadership and planning to promote growth and stability in the long-term.

The CFO will be responsible for executing the overall corporate strategy and the following duties:
• Formulate the company’s future direction and supporting tactical initiatives
• Oversight of all financial aspects of the company, including accounting, finance, treasury and business planning
• Implement policies and procedures to ensure the company reaches its strategic goals
• Work with the management team to properly identify growth opportunities for both internal and external sources
• Anticipate market changes for potential industry challenges and opportunities
• Develop framework to measure success of company’s strategic goals as well as departmental goals
• Engage with CEO, clients, business development, product development and manufacturing to “drive” the business

Compensation package for the CFO will be commensurate with experience.

Background requirements for the CFO include:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance required
• CPA and / or MBA highly preferred
• Background in Oil and Gas industry, preferably midstream segment
• Proven leadership in a dynamic, changing organization
• Strong analytical skills and experience interpreting a strategic vision into an operational model
• Excellent communication skills with both internal and external parties
• Experience with sales and revenue generation strongly preferred
