Reporting to the CFO, DF  -manages the organization’s financial and IT operations is responsible for monitoring and maintaining internal controls, while overseeing financial systems and related compliance requirements. DF provides leadership for the team and its development.


  • Direct the day-to-day accounting operations including oversight of accounts payable and receivable, and maintenance of the general ledger; Remain up-to-date on best practices in manufacturing finance, business systems and internal control measures, and all relevant regulations

  • Retain constant awareness of the company’s financial position and act to prevent problems

  • Manages costing and pricing process and for all goods and provides business insight in the process

  • Prepare, analyze and present financial reports in an accurate and timely manner; clearly communicate monthly and annual financial statements to senior management

  • Lead the annual budgeting and planning process in conjunction

  • Administer and review all financial plans and budgets; monitor progress and changes and produce monthly budget versus actual reports

  • Manage organizational cash flow and forecasting

  • Oversee audit and tax functions, coordinate activities with outside audit firms and review firms’ performance; manages banking agreements and relationships

  • Through insight and analysis helps to identify opportunities for profit maximization and cost savings

  • Drives the strategic development of KPIs and dashboards; Identifies and creates informative metrics, reports and analytics that drive business decisions and outcomes

  • Oversees team that prepares and ensures high quality delivery of daily, weekly, and monthly financial reporting

  • Set up and oversee the company’s finance IT system

  • Other duties as required


  • Bachelor's degree and CPA designation

  • 5+ Years experience of senior leadership role in a fast-paced manufacturing environment with progressive trend and successful track record

  • Must have strong manufacturing reporting, accounting and costing skills; CPG preferred. Other experience includes pharmaceutical industry.

  • Proven analytical skills and demonstrated operations, accounting, and business process experience

  • Demonstrated success in a fast-paced environment

  • Expert computer skills, including Office, with advanced proficiency in Excel

  • Excellent organizational and leadership skills
