More FENG members are finding it difficult to secure a CFO, Controller, or Director career opportunity that they find interesting, offers a desirable compensation, is geographically desirable, and avails the work-life balance that they desire.

In response to the disconnect between what the market is offering and what FENG members need, more members are considering becoming a Consultant.

A consultant is someone who provides skills, a service, or expert advice to others. For some professionals, this can be a new way to stay busy and earn income. Especially when full-time employment opportunities are not available.
