Constructive, trusting relationships across organizations are at the very core of successful leadership.  Building these relationships requires self- awareness, organizational awareness, and a leadership style that flexes to work constructively with team members, colleagues, and stakeholders.  Behaviors are grounded in Emotional Intelligence (EQ). Mike and Maggie will introduce the foundational elements of EQ and facilitate a discussion on practical applications to enhance interactions with others. Our speakers for the evening are Maggie Pazian and Mike Palestina. 

Maggie Pazian is an internationally accredited specialist in the science of nonverbal communication, behavior, and emotion.  She has more than fifteen years of experience coaching and training others in the skills of accurately perceiving and interpreting emotional information.

Mike Palestina has more than 20 years of experience as an Executive Coach along with more than 20 years of Fortune 250 business leadership. This practical experience combined provides him with a real-world appreciation of the challenges senior leaders face throughout their careers and within their organizations.
