Speaker’s Bio:

Blair Porter-Hornbacher graduated Magna Cum Laude and Phi Beta Kappa from the University of Maryland in 2001.  She has concentrated primarily in sales and business services, including branding and building social media platforms.  In 2008, Blair joined the Midas Financial Company as Marketing Director and took an equity stake in the company soon thereafter. She is currently a Managing Partner of Midas Financial Company .Blair lives in Gilbert, AZ with her husband, Darrell, and their two daughters. 

Fredric S. Fial has a BS-Finance (Magna Cum Laude) and an MBA with a Finance specialization from Arizona State University. Fred has a long career in both the commercial finance and commercial banking industries, working for several well-known financial institutions, including 24 years with the former M&I Bank (now BMO Harris Bank) in their equipment finance subsidiary. Fred has also worked at Alliance Bank of Arizona, National Bank of Arizona and Pacific Premier Bank as a Commercial Lender and Relationship Manager. Currently, Fred is a Senior Relationship Manager at Midas Financial Company. Fred lives in Fountain Hills, AZ with his wife Melissa. He enjoys sports, traveling both in the U.S. and internationally and is a huge rock music fan.
