David Calderon Bio:

Mr. Calderon is a 29-year lawyer who is licensed to practice before all of the courts in the State of California and the United States Supreme Court.  He is a Senior Partner in the firm and head of its dispute resolution practice.  He has a passion for prevention, risk mitigation, and deterrence of claims through strategic asset protection planning, business planning, estate planning, and deal making.  His experience as an aggressive advocate in bench trials, jury trials and appellate matters coupled with his experience in negotiating transactions valued in the hundreds of millions of dollars help you protect what you have taken a lifetime to build by distilling complex problems into creative, workable, easily understandable and cost effective solutions for individuals, families and businesses.  His combination of intellect, empathy, experience, and communication skills make him an ideal choice as an advocate, negotiator, or general counsel for you, your family, and your business interests.

Mr. Calderon graduated Cum Laude in Political Science and Economics from Cal Poly Pomona in 1988 and received his Juris Doctor degree from the Pepperdine University School of Law in 1991.  He is licensed to practice before all of the California State Courts and in the Northern and Central Districts of the United States Federal Courts in California.  He is also licensed to practice before the United States Supreme Court.  Mr. Calderon has also been recognized as a “Super Lawyer.”  Only 5% of lawyers are selected to Super Lawyers following a peer nomination and evaluation process that involves independent evaluation on 12 indicators of peer recognition and professional achievement.
