How have SSO (Shared Services Organizations) delivery models evolved to overcome the challenges brought by the pandemic and meet the changing needs of the enterprise? SSON conducted a detailed "One Year On" pulse survey in April 2021 with over 150 organizations to answer this question. This presentation analyzes the data from respondents to uncover trends and various strategies taken across talent, technology, resourcing, and Future of Work.
 

Speaker: TJ Rock, CEO & Managing Partner - GSD Solutions

TJ Rock is the founder of GSD Solutions, a Business Transformation Group, and an accomplished professional helping companies to achieve their strategic goals across all industries and functions.

Prior to GSD, TJ’s professional career covered a broad spectrum of finance and process improvement roles.  TJ began his career working in accounts payable, moving up through cost accounting & controllership, and finally as Director of FP&A and VP of Finance for global organizations.

TJ received his bachelor’s degree in accounting from Kent State University in Northeast Ohio. He also holds a Master Black Belt and PMP certification.  TJ currently resides in Katy, TX with his wife and 4 children.
