Topic: PR - Dealing With Your Company's Next Big Crisis
Speaker: David Oates, a public relations and crisis management expert, and founding principal of Public Relations Security.
CPE credit: There will be 1.0 hour CPE credit given to all participants requesting it and who are present for the presentation.
Presentation:
David will teach us how to help our companies avoid crisis events and, if one occurs, the steps, tips and tactics we can employ at a moment’s notice to guide the corporate ship to a safe harbor.
A heads-up: to accommodate our speaker's schedule, the meeting will flow slightly differently than usual, with our speaker starting very near the beginning of our 90-minute time slot, ending an hour later, and our housekeeping items (CPE credit, self-introductions, etc.) then occurring toward the end of the Zoom call.
Speaker's bio:
Dave has nearly 30 years of strategic PR experience dealing with a wide array of adverse public events across a range of crises spanning sports/entertainment, non-profit, military, government, corporate, education and start-up companies.
To Attend:
Meetings are for members, prospective members and invited guests only. For non-members, RSVP is required by writing to chapter chair, Dan Ruchman at [email protected]. Please include a one or two sentence description of who you are, and your interest in attending the meeting. Thank you.
