Speaker’s bio:
Greg Cobb is a 1987 graduate of the University of Minnesota. His career consisted of working for small, medium and large companies before starting his own business. Positions he held over the years were in Sales, Regional Sales Manager, Director of Sales & Marketing, General Manager, and Vice President. In 2009, Greg co-founded and became president of PCS Human Capital Management. PCS provided employee life cycle management via a SaaS environment i.e. applicant tracking, onboarding, benefit enrollment, insurance carrier data connect, payroll, HR, timekeeping, talent & learning management, employee engagement, etc. In 2022, he sold the company to a private equity firm and now enjoying retirement.
