Join us as Matt Durkin discusses the current hiring trends and market. 

Matt Durkin is a Senior Vice President with Robert Half responsible for client development in both the New York and New Jersey markets. Based in the company’s Jersey City office, his focus is cultivating client relationships for the company’s three financial lines of business: Robert Half Finance & Accounting, Accountemps and Robert Half Management Resources.  In addition, Matt promotes Robert Half’s Managed Business Service platform in conjunction with Protiviti.  Prior to joining Robert Half 21 years ago, Matt worked for UBS in the Commission Accounting area. 

Matt is an active participant with many local financial organizations. He is a member of the Parish Financial Council and St Rose High School Finance Committee.  Matt also is the Robert Half representative for the North Jersey Chapter of the Financial Executive Institute (FEI). He is also a frequent speaker with the CFO Studio and Grant Thornton’s Financial Executives in Transition, presenting on various finance and accounting trends.

Matt earned his BS from Marist College in 1987. He is a lifelong Jersey Shore native and resides there with his wife and three children.
