Brad Kelso has 20+ years in executive leadership and consulting roles delivering data-

centered products and SaaS solutions to meet financial regulations, data compliance, and risk management in mortgage lending, banking, interactive businesses, consumer credit, data, and real estate. As Co-founder and Managing Partner at Privageo and the PrivacyOC community, Brad leads clients to solve Data Privacy issues and execute Data Privacy strategies. 

Mr. Kelso has previously held positions ranging from Managing Director to EVP at CoreLogic, Bank of America, Home Savings and Ellie Mae. He has earned a reputation for delivering optimal user experiences with complex data for clients such as Citigroup, Silicon Valley Bank, Velocify, City National Bank, CarsDirect, Oral-B, and CalFed.  

Steve Kerler, over his 30+ year career, has delivered numerous large-scale change initiatives both as a senior executive and management consultant. His experience includes work with 50+ Fortune 500 companies across 20+ industries and business functions. Steve’s fervent belief that “good data stewardship is good business!” led him to co-found Privageo, a Data Privacy solutions firm focused on helping companies build a “culture of privacy.” Steve is also a key leader of the Orange County Chapter of the International Association of Privacy Professionals (IAPP) and is the co-founder and organizer of Privacy OC, an online community built to serve data privacy professionals in Southern California.  

Prior to founding Privageo, Mr. Kerler was Founder and Managing Partner of Tranceo, a management consulting firm, and served as Senior Vice President of Operations for US Foodservice. He has also served as General Manager and Senior Vice President for the Western US at Pcubed (a global program management firm), and in a CIO role for two ($3B) North American divisions of Mars, Inc.
