In an abundance of caution as COVID-19 infection numbers continue to fluctuate, Bergen FENG will now be requiring proof of COVID-19 vaccination, or a negative COVID-19 test (PCR test taken within 72 hours of the event or a rapid test within 24 hours of the event) for all attendees. 

Eligible proof of vaccination includes:

·        the Docket app from the NJ Department of Health, or

·        a photo or hard copy of a CDC vaccination card, or 

·        official vaccine record, or 

·       a photo or hard copy of an official vaccination record of a vaccine administered outside the United States.
