At the September 4^th meeting, our chairman, Marty Latman, I will be discussing “Winning the Perfect Role Today.”

As you look for that perfect role, you inevitably will be asked – “So tell me about yourself”. You will be asked this question when you meet people at a networking event, at an interview, an informal or formal event, encountering people at the local cleaners, grocery or even when you are getting a haircut. What do you say to these people? You will be asked this question whether you are starting out in your career or are a seasoned professional. 

Additionally, in your search for the perfect position, you may have all skills necessary to be successful in the role but you discover an obstacle which the hiring manager calls “Being Over Qualified”. How do you overcome their perception?

I will show you how you can explain to others Your Professional Value in under 2 minutes flat and leveraging “Being Overqualified” to your advantage.
