Our topic will be: Emotional intelligence and the interview process

Interviewing can be quite stressful even for those that have done it many times. Trying to not only be aware of our emotions but also manage/control them is key, especially when we are seeking a leadership role. In addition, those with high emotional intelligence are more aware of others' emotions and other non-verbal cues which is essential in interviews and in life!
