Mike’s background includes two CEO roles at PepsiCo, four private equity portfolio company assignments, and a private equity Operating Partner. He is Masters level at both NACD (National Association of Corporate Directors), and ACCD (American College of Corporate Directors). He has been on the Boards of three publicly held companies, and also served on 7 private Boards.
