This month’s presentation is a continuation of our October 2020 meeting as we welcome back Rich Connell. As we delved into last October, it’s interesting how some of the most important things we need to learn are NOT taught by Professors or by our Mentors. Prepare yourself to learn many thoughts on a conscious level that are usually only subconscious. And when they become conscious tools, they can (and will) increase your ability to communicate business ideas and develop far greater success for your companies. Rich will also share his insights as to job search strategies as a result of the change in environment due to the pandemic.

Speaker’s Bio:
Early in life he excelled in sports and academics developing the ability to communicate effectively with both young and old. Attending Ball State University he became a Sigma Chi, and started a professional career path right out of school. He found success in industries such as Financial, Electronics, Education and Real Estate. In his 30’s he discovered Corporate Outplace Services and immediately loved every aspect of counseling Executives in the science of finding new career positions. In the mid 2000’s he became an Entrepreneur starting his own business; he presently owns iRocketSuccess, LLC and has the most successful track record of Client Successes in the Midwest United States.
