Topic: Creating a Learning Organization – How to Define FP&A Success

Speaker: Jeffrey Kishner, President & CEO, Epoche Insights Inc.

Presentation:
What makes an effective Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) team? In this discussion we will explore how FP&A can become a critical engine that drives firm performance by enabling and driving alignment across the organization. By examining the reason why companies create budgets, we will discuss the ways in which an FP&A can create firm value by engaging with employees to foster an environment focused on the collaborative creation and execution of the firm's strategy. We then will discuss how the Budget fits into the typical FP&A cycle and how creating and nurturing a Learning Organization is the ultimate achievement for FP&A.
