On Monday September 19 at 5:30 pm, Cleveland FENG will be meeting at the Sandler Center at 6060 Rockside Woods Road, Independence, Ohio. Our speaker will be Scott Holter of Meaden and Moore. He will be talking about enterprise software evaluation and selection.
Enterprise software investments are typically the largest IT investment the company will make. If done well, the initial investment is done only once every 10-30 years. This often causes leadership inside a company or organization looking to implement or upgrade enterprise software to be inexperienced with this process. With the myriad of choices, these large investments are also risky ones.
Scott Holter has been working on software evaluation and selection since 1987. In late 2000 Meaden & Moore decided to advise buyers and users independently rather than selling particular brands and hired Scott to set up this practice area. Since then, Meaden &Moore has helped 175 companies, including manufacturers, distributors, other service providers with enterprise resource planning (ERP), customer relationship management (CRM), and other enterprise software investment decisions.
