Nathan Craig, President of Culture Insurance Group

Group https://www.linkedin.com/in/culturenathancraig/ raises awareness about solutions to the healthcare crisis. Now more than ever, it is an industry that needs people to bring meaningful change to reform a fractured and failing system. He works with nearly 300 employers around the country with their employee benefits and loves seeing companies discover better ways to meet the needs of their employees, while also pursuing more sustainable benefit options.

Controlling Costs and Improving Outcomes of Health Insurance Benefits

The deck is completely stacked against employers when it comes to health insurance benefits and quality healthcare for employees. Most employers continue to do the same thing each year with vain hopes of better outcomes; and it isn't working. We are seeing 10-25% premium increases in 2026 and there is little reason to think the trend will slow soon.

There is finally some innovation that is making a real difference in the market, and we will look at the best strategies to get more control of costs while also improving healthcare outcomes for your workforce. You may have heard of Captive Insurance solutions in the Commercial Insurance space (Workman's Compensation), but until the last 5 years that has not been an effective solution for benefits. Now there are real options with outcomes saving employers upwards of 30-40% (which compounds over time) while also gaining access to world-class healthcare solutions for the employees in your company.

We will discuss what these solutions are. We will identify key metrics you can review to determine if you may be a good fit. We will also touch on alternative solutions that may be a good starting place for those who are not a good fit. I am an open-book, so please feel free to come with any and all questions you want answered.
