Jay Clark leads LCG’s Investment Banking efforts in Tampa, Florida, advising privately held middle market companies on sales, acquisitions, and capital raises. With over 37 years of experience and more than $3.8 billion in completed transactions, his background spans roles at Algon Group, FD Capital Advisors, Navigant Capital Advisors, and Synovus Investment Banking. Earlier in his career, he held positions at GMA Partners, Legacy Securities, KPMG Corporate Finance, and began in corporate banking at NCNB (now Bank of America). Mr. Clark holds an MBA from Emory University’s Goizueta School of Business and a BS in Business Administration from the University of Florida. He is active in the Association for Corporate Growth and frequently speaks on investment banking topics.
