Speaker's bio:
Christine Royal Schindewolf believes that health is wealth.  She is on a mission to elevate the state of health, wellbeing, and quality of life through equitable, holistic benefit programs.

Christine specializes in benefit plan design, strategy, and management.  She creates competitive, cost effective, compliant, culturally aligned programs.  She helps executives and organizations gain a competitive advantage in attracting, engaging and retaining top talent.

Christine helps companies accelerate and maximize their growth.  She works with organizations that are scaling, merging, are complex, or seeking a passionate advocate over the complacent, commoditized approach that has historically plagued the insurance industry.

Having served in the C-Suite and as an Executive in Residence, she appreciates benefits are typically the second or third largest investment for an organization.  She relentlessly executes results that are a “triple win-win”, of value to the company, the employees and the community.

Christine is Alliant’s Bay Area Private Equity Lead and co-leads Alliant’s National Women at Alliant Employee Resource Group.  She founded the Social Impact Advisory Group (SIAG) for Nonprofits and B-Corps, founded Women Influencing Sustainable Change (WISC) and founded and leads Women In Search of Excellence (WISE).  She hold licenses in Life and Health and Property & Casualty.  She holds certifications in sudden death counseling, trauma counseling and bereavement counseling..

A go-getter and a go-giver, Christine’s clients describe her as passionate, tenacious, curious, creative, transparent, and as a game changer.  She believes everything eventually connects and is often the one facilitating the connections.
