Jeffrey L. Obermayer served as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Johnson Electric Holdings Limited, a global leader in motion systems and components with over 38,000 employees across 20 countries, $4B Revenue.

Mr. Obermayer brings extensive automotive and industrial sector experience, including serving as President of Stackpole International, a leading automotive components manufacturer specializing in fluid power systems and powder metal technology. 

Prior to that, he spent 28 years at BorgWarner Inc., where he served as Vice President and Controller and Principal Accounting Officer. A Certified Public Accountant, he combines deep technical accounting expertise with strategic financial acumen across complex, multinational manufacturing operations.

In addition to his executive responsibilities, Mr. Obermayer served on the Board of Directors of Parlex Corporation, a Johnson Electric subsidiary and global leader in flexible interconnect products and circuit solutions.

His extensive experience in the automotive and industrial sectors positions him as a key strategic partner in driving Johnson Electric's continued growth and operational excellence across diverse markets including automotive, medical devices, and industrial applications worldwide.

He also holds his MBA from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management
