Susan Kovacic is a Vice President, Human Resources at Exchange Solutions (ESI). Susan is a seasoned HR professional with over 20 years of progressive Human Resources experiences from various industries, including film and television, manufacturing and technology.
With a varied background in Human Resources, Susan is most passionate and brings much success in developing organizational culture and employee engagement. At Exchange Solutions, this has been a great achievement in creating a culture that acts as a key differentiator in the attraction and retention of top talent in a very competitive technology space. Susan is also a thought leader and business partner to her counter-parts and colleagues. Her ‘business first, HR second’ approach is what helps them solves problems together while adding value and always keeping the people on the forefront. Those are the challenges that gets her going in the morning and when she’s not collaborating, she’s planning her next vacation to some exotic location. Next destination still to be determined, but it’s a toss up between Exuma Bahamas and swimming with the pigs or and jungle adventure in Panama.
