FENG has always focused on sharing-whether it is career advice, networking suggestions and introductions-usually to assist in a career search. The vast majority of FENG members are busy working every day and we have always informally shared advice and best speakers-usually face to face across the friendships we have developed, through the SIG chapters and via the Request for Assistance in the newsletter.
We are introducing a professional enrichment format via a ZOOM and have asked Gary Bender-a long time member, Chapter Founder and Chapter Chair to create a format to share best practices in the areas that our members deal with.
On Thursday, Sept 3, at 6 PM (Eastern Standard Time) we will kick off the session and Gary will share awareness of best practices to address a popular problem area- How to understand the costs of healthcare coverage and how to reduce the costs and actually create a “Benefit”.
This will be of interest because most of us have to admit that Healthcare is a cost we don’t completely understand, often have a shared responsibility with HR and frequently can’t explain it, forecast it or anticipate surprises.
