The CFO has been the most heavily leaned on role to guide companies through the turbulent waters over the past 5 months. Broad business understanding, deep financial knowledge, a strategic perspective and an impartial mindset have put successful CFOs in the critical position they are in today.

But those qualities aren’t acquired by accident. They are skills that grow by developing a strong framework that is always being improved.

Having this solid foundation is especially critical during unpredictable times.
