Reginald Browne is Head of ETF Market Making at GTS-Mischler. Prior to joining GTS, Reginald was a Senior Managing Director at Cantor Fitzgerald and Co. He was Managing Director of the ETF Team and Global Co-Head of The Listed Derivatives Group at Knight Capital Group, Inc.

He joined KCG in 2009 from Newedge USA. Began his career at O'Connor & Associates. He is a 15-year ETF Industry veteran with a core focus on market-marking and institutional sales. B.S. in Finance from La Salle University

Greg Rodgers is a partner in the New York office of Latham & Watkins. Mr. Rodgers is a member of the Corporate Department and the Capital Markets, Derivatives, and Public Company Representation Practices.

In corporate finance matters, Mr. Rodgers represents issuers, investors, and investment banks in public and private equity, debt and hybrid capital markets transactions, commercial lending transactions, restructurings, and other financing transactions, with a particular focus on equity-linked securities and investment grade and high yield debt securities.

In recent years, Mr. Rodgers has represented Airbnb, American Airlines, Amgen, Bank of America Merrill Lynch, Barclays Capital, Bloom Energy, Broadcom, BTIG, Goldman, Sachs & Co., Jefferies & Co., JPMorgan, Morgan Stanley, Sempra Energy, and Spotify.

Jim has over 20 years of experience providing business valuations for financial reporting, Intellectual Property, Buy-Sell Agreements, Federal Tax, and other regulatory purposes. Jim’s engagements have included assisting in both buy and sell-side advisory, transaction structuring, debt capacity analysis, and valuation studies.
Jim has been qualified as an expert witness involving valuation and M&A issues, including testifying and the preparation of expert reports used in state, Federal, and the Hague International Court of Justice (ICJ) jurisdictions. His experience encompasses several industries, including energy and natural resources, chemicals, manufacturing and distribution and health care.

Before joining BKD in 2019, Jim was a Managing Director at another large international accounting firm, where he worked in valuation and transaction advisory services. Jim also has prior experience as the managing editor of a nationally recognized business valuation publication and transaction database.
Jim is a Chartered Financial Analyst and member of the CFA Institute and CFA Society of Houston, where he is a past President of the CFA Society of Houston and is currently a member of the Advisory Board. He is also a founding Board Member of the CFA Societies of Texas. Jim is also an Accredited Senior Appraiser and member of the American Society of Appraisers.
Jim has made numerous presentations on valuation and M&A related topics to various business and professional organizations.
He is a 1994 graduate of Texas A&M University in College Station, Texas with a BBA degree in finance.
