Standing out as a Candidate in the ERA of AI

About Mark Sickles:

Described by Financial Times' Agenda as an allocation hardliner, Mark is an organizational architect, interdisciplinary pioneer, and the Father of Total Capital Management. He serves as CEO of SuperOrg, Inc. and Chairman of the Chief Capital Officer Institute.
Mark is the Founding CEO of the National Association of Corporate Directors, New Jersey Chapter. He served as Chairman of the MENA Region Corporate Governance Congress and is a Fellow at the Governance & Accountability Institute. Mark teaches chief capital officer courses sponsored by Financial Executives International. He has also taught at Rutgers University, Singapore Institute of Management, St. Bonaventure University, American Management Association, and AT&T.


Mark authored Shareholder Value Assurance, Strategic Governance, and The SuperOrg Way. He is published in Directors Monthly, Directors & Boards, Financier Worldwide, Financial Executives International, Investor Relations Update, Human Resource Executive, and New Jersey Banker while being a contributor to Financial Times’ Agenda. 
Mark is a graduate of Georgetown University, with a M.S. degree from Rutgers, passed the Series 7 exam, and is a licensed insurance agent.
