Presentation:

This 60-minute facilitated workshop helps retail leadership teams align on the most critical change management priorities impacting their business, such as AI integration, omnichannel transformation, sustainability, and workforce shifts. Participants identify the top 2–3 change themes affecting their organization, assess readiness and resistance across leadership, operations, and culture, and openly evaluate change fatigue and capacity. The session concludes with clear leadership commitments, focusing on specific actions to support successful transformation over the next 90 days. The goal is to move beyond discussing trends and instead create alignment, focus, and accountability around managing change effectively.
