The senior finance market has slowed and vacancies are hovering around for year lows.  There are opportunities but candidates face more competition and longer interview processes.  You need to stand out and be strategic to secure your next role.

With 22 years of recruitment experience, including 16 years focused on finance recruitment, I genuinely love what I do. I have built a strong track record of supporting clients and candidates across the UK, working with financial services, FTSE-listed companies, private equity–backed organisations, and owner-managed businesses.

I take a collaborative approach with both candidates and clients, providing impartial advice on recruitment solutions while considering the broader factors that shape career decisions and business success. Helping people navigate their career paths and achieve their goals is what drives me every day. Alongside recruitment, I have supported career guidance and CV coaching, and I actively contribute to the FENG and NOVA communities, sharing knowledge and fostering professional development.

Currently, I am Divisional Director at Goodman Masson, leading a team of 11 consultants covering transactional and part-qualified finance, qualified finance, senior appointments, and treasury recruitment.
