Bios of Speakers: 

May Huang, CPA,  has 20+ years accounting, audit,  and tax experience with “Big Four”, regional public accounting firms, and private industry.  May specializes in IPOs and Broker-dealer audits.  She holds B.S. in Accounting from Metropolitan State University.

Nick Larchenko has started his accounting career at PwC Moscow, Russia as an auditor. He has spent approximately 14 years at the firm, including 6 years at PwC New York office mostly focusing on audits of media and entertainment clients. From 2015 Nick was a managing partner at FinAcco, an advisory company specializing in technical accounting and valuation issues. Nick works for U.S. public companies and advises U.S. and foreign companies seeking listing in the United States. Nick is a licensed CPA in New York and California.
