Home Depot just paid $73M to settle a wage and hour class action alleging off-the-clock work and improper rounding.  The wage and hour traps for the unwary continue to cause employers significant financial exposure, whether due to meal and rest break violations, improper calculation of the regular rate for employees who receive bonuses,  failing to reimburse business expense for employees required to work from home, and the list goes on.   Jeff will address these issues.
