Our guest speaker, Lisa Berg, resides and works in Jacksonville, Florida and is an Human Resource Leader and Career Transition Coach and Mentor. She will discuss the current job search process and interviewing strategies from an Human Resources perspective.

Lisa Berg Bio:

Lisa Berg has approximately 25 yrs in Human Resources in all functions with a speciality and passion for Employee Relations. Lisa recently relocated to Jacksonville, FL where, through networking, acquired her current full time position for Olympus Insurance as the Manager, HR Operations, Payroll and Total Rewards. 

Lisa finds significant intrinsic reward in seeing others succeed, and professionally develop within their organizations. She excels at relationship building and networking with others. As a perpetual learner, she is enlightened by a conversation where others share their passion, background and journey. From these conversations, she discovered connections where she may be able to serve.
