Speaker Bios

Michele Hoffman is a Managing Director with extensive experience leading strategic system and business process re-engineering initiatives particularly within the finance function for companies of all sizes. She has managed large-scale transformation programs spanning program strategy, finance transformation, data management, and organizational design, bringing a practical approach to designing best-fit solutions tailored to each client’s needs and growth plans.

 

Nicholas Ramos is an accomplished Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) leader with deep expertise in transformation, implementation, and optimization initiatives within the finance function. He has extensive experience in planning and budgeting, management reporting, financial consolidation, and data analytics, delivering innovative solutions that drive business growth.
