Joelle Wilson is dedicated to delivering results-driven solutions and opportunities within the complex regulatory health care environment. Joelle leverages her deep understanding of health care to counsel hospitals, health systems, providers, and health care technology companies, including technology start-ups, on legal, regulatory, and operational issues and challenges.
Joelle’s practice centers around the intersection of health care and technology. Joelle has successfully navigated complex regulatory landscapes providing strategic counsel on compliance issues, risk management, and innovative solutions in the rapidly evolving digital health sector including on artificial intelligence, state and federal privacy and data security, telehealth and telemedicine, DEA controlled substance prescribing, medical device and consumer device usage, the corporate practice of medicine, and state and federal fraud and abuse laws, among other health care regulatory concerns. Joelle’s experience extends to negotiating and drafting agreements for healthcare arrangements, ensuring legal alignment with health regulations and industry standards and best practices.
Joelle’s prior experience at a health care technology start-up and a renowned research institution helps her to identify problems and develop effective, innovative legal solutions for health care clients. Joelle is committed to ensuring that clients are well-positioned to capitalize on opportunities while mitigating potential legal risks.
Joelle volunteers with the All-Stars Project and the LINK Unlimited Scholars Program. Joelle also serves on the Board of Directors Committee for Erie Family Health Centers.

Scott Gilbert counsels clients during critical moments of the employment relationship.
