Our speaker Michelle DeBella leveraged a 17-year career in public accounting as a launching point to senior executive finance roles in some of Silicon Valley's most iconic companies like HP, Uber and Lyft during some of their biggest transformations and inflection points. Leveraging her operational and IPO readiness experiences, she's now leading earlier stage companies as they navigate their journeys from start-up to scale-up as a CFO and advisor to companies like Knock, JumpCloud, and Cipher.
She's a member of FEI, contributor to LinkedIn and Forbes Finance Council, and was named 2024's Woman CFO of the year by the Silicon Valley Chapter of FEI. She mentors many up-and-coming finance leaders and supports efforts to advance women and other underrepresented groups in leadership.
