Build Your Network. Promote Your Story. Win with AI.

Most successful job searches don’t happen through online applications alone. Research shows 70–85% of roles are filled through networking, and up to 80% of jobs are secured before they’re ever publicly posted. In today’s market, visibility, proactive outreach, and strategic promotion matter more than polishing a resume. In this session, you’ll learn how to launch a focused job hunt campaign—activating your network, promoting your story, and tapping the hidden market—using tools like My Campaign and Callings.ai to create momentum and win.

Bio:

Garrett Rice is CEO of Callings.ai, an AI powered platform that helps job seekers run the entire search in one place. Callings finds and ranks roles, tailors resumes and messages, tracks applications and outreach like a simple CRM, coaches personalized interview prep, and nudges next steps with reminders and analytics. Garrett built products at Apple and NeXT and led product at Maxon. With cofounder and CTO Philippe Cailloux, formerly at Adobe, he built Callings out of deep frustration with the modern job hunt. He also writes, makes indie films, composes songs, and is devoted to his dog Tux.
