Speakers’ bios:
Adele Hogan is a corporate law partner in New York and brings over 25 years of experience as a NY corporate law partner, consultant and corporate change leader, supporting organizations, teams, and individuals through complex transformation.  She has closed over $200 Billion of deals, worked on over 30 bankruptcies and restructurings, and worked on numerous receiverships.  She has previously worked at a number of firms including Cravath, Swaine & Moore LLP for ten years, White & Case and Deutsche Bank.

Brooke McDevitt is a structured finance professional with experience spanning banking, insurance, and private credit markets. She has extensive experience structuring complex credit transactions and developing capital solutions for institutional investors, including insurers. Brooke previously held roles at Swiss Re and ABN AMRO, focusing on credit risk transfer, structured trade finance, and capital solutions across global credit markets. She also has deep experience structuring secured financing transactions and designing collateral frameworks, working closely with counsel to ensure security interests are properly documented and perfected across jurisdictions.

Viktor Tsyrennikov is a Vice President at Charles River Associates, advising financial institutions and market participants on valuation, stress testing, model risk, AI governance, and other analytically intensive matters that often arise in investment, financing, and regulatory contexts. Before joining CRA, he was Head of Quantitative Services and Analytics at IBM Promontory, where he led engagements spanning stress-scenario design for a systemically important clearing house, valuation of stressed commercial real estate assets, SIFI de-designation, and validation of complex model inventories across market risk, credit risk, and compliance applications. Dr. Tsyrennikov is known for translating advanced and novel quantitative work into clear, defensible advice for executives, boards, regulators, and counsel. He previously served at the IMF and in academia, including at Cornell University and published in leading economics and statistical journals.

Elaine Wood is a Vice President at Charles River Associates, focusing on regulatory compliance, technology, and investigations. She is a former federal prosecutor and a certified compliance and ethics professional with over 20 years’ experience. Her independent findings have been successfully submitted to corporate directors, regulators, courts and law enforcement agencies. Elaine works regularly with clients to implement internal controls, specializing in emerging technology solutions in enterprise risk management and data governance. She also specializes in providing geopolitical, business and market intelligence and litigation support.  She is an attorney who previously worked as an Assistant U.S. Attorney in the Southern District of New York and as an associate at Cravath, Swaine & Moore.
