Speaker: Brett Parlier, CPA
A manager in Cherry Bekaert’s Assurance Services group, Brett is located in the Firm’s Raleigh office. He works primarily on audits of public and private mid-market companies. Brett’s clients include public and private companies, and his client service focus is in life sciences, biotechnology and technology companies.
A licensed Certified Public Accountant since 2022, Brett serves as a technical resource in complex accounting matters and SEC regulations. He has extensive experience with revenue recognition, business combinations, complex debt & equity transactions, research and development expense and financial reporting.
Education: BBA in Accounting, Liberty University

About the Raleigh Chapter:
The Raleigh chapter has over 700 members and meets monthly on the 2nd Wednesday of each month from 6:00 pm until 8:00 pm. The meeting location varies each month depending on the host company. Guests and prospective FENG members are always welcome. First-timers and those who are newly in transition are given the opportunity to introduce themselves to the other chapter members and make any special requests. Most meetings include a speaker and a current topic of interest to our members.
