Annual Friends of FENG Meeting

Our Annual Friends of FENG meeting will be on Wednesday, November 5th.  Notice that this is the FIRST Wednesday of November.   

This should give people in transition adequate time to take advantage of the year-end hiring activity. 

As we have for the last several years, in addition to recruiters, we are inviting outplacement firms and professional/personal career coaches to join us.  This is for people who are in transition as well as those who simply want to gain the advantage of having the perspective of a trained professional advise them in their career development and decisions.  Additionally, companies that may need to reduce their staff and want to offer these extra services to key employees will have an opportunity to meet locals who offer these services. 

Executive recruiters and coaches are important to both our members who are in a career transition as well as those who are looking for that special person who is the right fit to complete their accounting and finance team. 

We will give each recruiter/coach the opportunity to talk for a few minutes about what makes their company and its services unique and special.

Event: This is Raleigh’s Annual Friends of FENG meeting. 

This is our annual meeting where we invite executive recruiters to join us. 

We have many recruiters and outplacement counselors lined up to join us.  This is a great opportunity to meet and network with a number of recruiters and outplacement counselors in one evening and set up a day and time to get together to discuss your expertise and their opportunities that just might be a match for you. 

Registration: If you are planning to attend, please register early to help us get an accurate headcount and help our hosts plan for their hospitality needs.

Please Register no later than EOD, November 3^rd so our host has a good headcount to plan for food and drinks. 

Agenda:

• 6:00 to 6:30 pm – Open Networking
• 6:30 to 7:30 pm – Each recruiter/coach/outplacement firm will have the opportunity to tell you about their firm and how they do business. 
• 7:45 to 8:00 pm – Open networking
• 8:00 pm – End of event

About the Raleigh, NC Chapter:

The Raleigh chapter has over 700 members and meets normally on the 2nd Wednesday of each month from 6:00 pm until 8:00 pm. Meeting location varies each depending on the host company. Guests and prospective FENG members are always welcome. First-timers and those who are newly in transition are given the opportunity to introduce themselves to the other chapter members and make any special requests. Most meetings include a speaker and current topic of interest to our members.
