Angelo will also discuss his strategic approach to growing revenue, reducing costs, and building relationships.   An organization is more than a producer of goods or services; it is part of the fabric of the communities in which it serves.  He will share what he has learned over his nearly four decades of experience in leadership roles in the financial, nonprofit, and public sectors, about how to  inspire and motivate every organization’s greatest asset, it’s people. People include: its staff (how to attract and retain top talent), its customers and the other stakeholders.

Angelo’s C Suite experience includes close to 40 years in diverse industries for companies ranging from small consulting firms to multi-national Fortune 100 companies. Angelo has a proven track record of developing and building effective internal and outsourced teams, and is a turn-around specialist in IT, Bank Operations and Services.

A native of Philadelphia, Angelo earned his Bachelor of Business Administration in Computer Science at Temple University. His further education includes an MBA at Philadelphia University.
