We’ll welcome Michelle Search, CPA, Jefferson Wells’ National Practice Leader, Finance & 
Accounting and National Center of Expertise Leader, Technical Accounting and Financial 
Reporting, as our presenter.  

Michelle has over 35 years of experience in public accounting, industry, and professional 
services consulting. Her areas of expertise include SEC reporting, technical accounting, 
private to public company transformation, governance, compliance, and audit.

Her clients range from startups and mid-size companies, PE-backed and newly public 
organizations to those in the Fortune 500. Michelle is recognized as a dynamic leader who uses her exceptional problem-solving skills to guide clients through complex challenges.

In addition to her leadership roles at Jefferson Wells, Michelle is Chair of the Board of the 
not-for-profit, Freedom Service Dogs.

Michelle is Denver-based and is excited to travel here to meet with Raleigh FENG and present on current accounting and regulatory updates and other hot topics.
