Although this group is going to meet quarterly to discuss Retail and Logistics issues, we are are going to have a meeting this month to discuss the following:

The goal of this session is to advance your career, meet your needs, and answer your questions. Everyone will have a chance to discuss his/her issues in a collaborative and constructive setting. In short, we will assist you with your job search.  

Specifically, we look to help sharpen and grow in these areas:

• Skills for life -personal branding and fulfillment, self-marketing, personal awareness, etc..
• Professional development including how to better leverage your network and Feng, to better interview, to focus your goals, and how to reach out to others for help.
• Your business issues and concerns. Discuss and receive advice.

      +  Help others along the way.

 

Feel free to bring your resume and/or marketing material to our face-to-face meetings if you would like us to look at them.

 

Here's the planned agenda:

• + Pre-meeting chit-chat and wait time for late arrivals. Housekeeping and announcements – 10 minutes or so.
• + 20 Second Commercials – everyone gives his / her pitch.
• + Individual focus: “How can we help you?”
