I hope many of you will join us for Chat with Matt when I interview Brian Frohn. Brian and I will be discussing why every leader needs a coach.

About Brian Frohn:

Brian started his career as a CPA in public accounting and quickly transitioned to corporate finance. Over the next 20+ years he served as CFO for five different companies and CEO of one of them. He spent most of his corporate experience as part of public companies, partnering with CEOs and boards to help drive growth, meet financial and governance objectives, and drive business integrations.

Brian is now an executive coach helping leaders achieve new levels of performance. He has been in executive leadership roles. He knows the challenges leaders face and he brings these experiences into his coaching. His appreciation for the teachings of the ancient stoics and the practice of mediation make his coaching approach unique.

He believes the answers are within each of us. His focus is on developing trusting relationships, challenging with kindness, and supporting his clients to unlock those answers to achieve a new level of performance.

Every leader needs a coach! Brian Frohn, former CFO (and CEO) will tell you why you need an executive coach. Leading people is about people and we all have growth to do. Expecting professional growth without an executive coach, is like keeping your money under your mattress and expecting it to grow. Without a coach you are missing out on performance improvement that can make you and your organizations better (including financially)

Brian will be covering how coaching can help you:

- Better manage difficult coworkers, peers and boss.
- Better connect to your team and create better engagement.
- Improve employee trust in your leadership.
- Set a more productive culture for your team/organization.
- Achieve goals more effectively and more quickly
- Better manage your own growth “self-coaching”
- Apply the values of stoic philosophy to leadership development
- Achieve new levels of growth.
