David Marino, co-founder and Senior Executive Vice President of HughesMarino, will be speaking to us on the unusual commercial real estate market in which we find ourselves in most parts of the country.  HughesMarino represents tenants only -- not landlords -- in lease negotiations, in many cities around the country.  In addition to Dave and the firm having been longtime supporters of the FENG, Dave himself has overseen the negotiation of well over 1,000 leases,  and is one of the most knowledgeable people in the industry on commercial real estate.
