Topic: Communicating with Different Generations in the Era of COVID-19

We're at a unique time in history with five distinct generations in the workforce.  Organizations and individuals worldwide are struggling with how to communicate with each other.  As a result of COVID-19, many challenges have become even worse.

Please join us as we welcome Brian Doyle, generational leadership and communication expert and author of Gray Goldfish: Navigating the Gray Areas to Successfully Lead Every Generation, to the FENG.

Brian will grab your attention from the start with humorous examples and fact-based insights about what makes each generation unique - especially in the era of COVID-19.  Those insights, coupled with practical take-aways and best practices, make this a "must see" presentation and discussion.

Here’s what one local business leader had to say about Brian’s presentation: “I’ve sat through many presentations on the topic of leading the various generational groups. Not only did I find your talk more humorous and engaging, but you gave us real-life, practical ways to “bridge the gap” to effectively manage and move the organization forward despite our generational differences. I honestly can’t see an organization that would not benefit from your strategies. I’m looking forward to reading your book next!”

– Jeffrey Eakes, SAS

  • 12:30 pm - We welcome members and guests to log in at 12:30 pm to have a totally informal networking chat with no specific agenda.  Just a time to meet as we used to prior to our meeting.
  • 12:45 pm – The meeting officially starts.  We will use about 15 minutes before the speaker to thank our host, make some announcements, and discuss how the Zoom meeting will be handled and how everyone can participate.  We will ask each new attendee and anyone newly in transition to give a 30 to 60 second introduction so that everyone can meet and get to know the new people and keep members in transition in mind when we hear of opportunities.
  • 1:00 pm – The speakers will talk for about 45 minutes to an hour saving some time for questions to be submitted via “Chat” or through the email addresses above.

After registering, all will receive the zoom link 24 hours before the meeting.   If you do not receive it, first check your Spam folder, and then write to [email protected]

Please Register by EOD, July 12thto ensure that you receive the Zoom link to enter this meeting.
