Agenda:

Topic: Digital Nomad – Working Remotely

Speaker: Juan-Carlos Cerda and John Koutras, LATAM SIG Co-Chairs

Presentation: The discussion will touch on three areas on the current working environment:

- The scenarios of 100% work from home, hybrid and 100% back to the office will be discussed.  The challenges that are faced by the organizations and how the needs and evolving cultures/demands of the collaborators.

- The impacts of how the local perspectives of business practices across Latin America and the origins of multinationals play a role.

- Interesting scenarios where leadership is based in one country and the function is in several locations or in predominantly one. This scenario is a step beyond the common share services or regional role setup.
